First, the share of marketing in Beijing stood dramatically. The number of bidding that won in Beijing were 322, which achieved the marketing value is 13.46 billion Yuan, and its account for 56.2% of the total value; it was increased 4.11billion Yuan and has a 43.9% growth rate compared with the same period of last year. BUCG in Beijing contracted many projects, which mainly includes the Miyun new hospital, the second period construction of Beijing rail transportation command center, Beijing Guorun Xintong Hotel, Beijing Olympic museum, the section A and B of number 43 Jintai Jiaxing, the section 05 of Beijing metro line 14, the 01, 02, 04 sections of core municipal supporting in Beijing Tong Zhou canal and the 02 section of Beijing low speed maglev line S1 etc,.

BUCG won 199 biddings in the first half year, such as Sichuan Chengdu KaideTianfu Commercial Center, Hebei Cangzhou library(BT), Anyuan theatre, Chongqing international Exhibition center, Liaoning Yingkou Grain Trade Plaza, Handan Congtai Hotel, Anhui Ning’an railway Ma’anshan supporting hub, Xiang An campus of Xiamen University, the highway of Fuzhou to ji’an in jiangxi etc,. The market value that achieved in outside cities is 10.47 billion Yuan, which is account for 43.8% amount the total value. Through the Reasonable development to the outside cities market by BUCG, there are five regional markets reached the standard of mature regional market (1 billion Yuan), includes Yunnan, Neimonggu, Shan’xi, Shandong and Jiangxi respectively. Moreover, the regional market value in Hebei and Jiangxi which belongs to EPC and Sichuan of the construction project contract department also reached 900 million Yuan, and there are expected to achieve two mature outside city markets in years for each project contracting department.
Third, the public construction projects remain the dominant place in the share of marketing in BUCG, the number that bid successfully is 148, and the achieved marketing value is 10.06 billion Yuan, which account for 62.7% for the amount of marketing (16.05 billion) in housing construction. The number of successful bids in residential projects is 72; the value of marketing is 5.99 billion Yuan, which is account for 37.3% in the value of housing construction. The number of the large high-end projects (the large high-end projects refers to the large public constructions and Municipal infrastructure projects that the building areas is over 200000 square meters or over 100 meters high or the value of the contracts is over 500 million Yuan) that constructed by BUCG has reached five, the contract value is Cumulate for 3.13 billion Yuan.
