On the working conference of Beijing vocational training recently, 83 technicians and senior technicians were approved of special government allowance by Beijing municipal government. Liu Jun, flower engineering technician of Chongwenmen Flower Shop of BUCG Trees & Flower Company, Zhao Jinghua and Liang Guimin, senior measuring technicians of BUCG Survey Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., were awarded this special honor. As acknowledged, since the policy of special government allowance implemented in 1990, 41 technicians of BUCG has been approved of this allowance that is awarded to experts, scholars and technicians with great contribution. It is the first time for the above 3 persons to get the allowance as technicians since Beijing technician allowance policy came into effect. （Zhang Wenguo）
