Oct. 25th, Mr. Liu Longhua, chairman of BUCG visited BUCG•Shi Hua Bo Jun Project, accompanied by Mr. Chen Daihua, vice president of BUCG, and Mr Li Wen, general manager of joint stock company. During the visit, they went around the demonstration zone and prototype room, watched the promotion video, and listened to the report about this project. Mr. Liu fully affirmed this project, and speaks highly of the idea of establishing the demonstration zone beforehand.

With an overall floorage of 398.1 thousand square meters and European architectural style, BUCG•Shi Hua Bo Jun Project is located in Qingheying Village, Laiguangying Town, Chaoyang District. The residential buildings have already been capped, and the real demonstration zone has established and debuted yet, which settle a firm foundation for sales.
