Recently, the first “top ten buildings award of Jiangxi” was formally announced, and it was achieved by the project of Jian cultural center, which is constructed by BUCG Civil Engineering Contracting Department and the Fifth Urban Construction Engineering Company, it was also rated as the 2010 high quality project & Azaleas award.

This project is located in the southwest of Jian Chengnan new district administrative center, the main part of this project is a grand theatre with nearly 1200 seats, and it is a large-scale comprehensive cultural construction integrated with conference, exhibition, performance and relaxation. It covers an area about 11 acres, with a total construction area of 22500 square meters, and it is divided into three separate buildings, block A, block B and block C.
