The leaders of our group make the survey on 12th June in Xinhua Company on two real estate development projects, named Shihualongyue and Shihuabojun. After listening to current statement report, President Mr. Xu Jianyun, and General Manager Mr. Chen Daihuaboth indicated that cooperation between parent company and subsidiary is the most effective way to achieve the success and high efficiency. Also, they emphasized that the subsidiary should pay more attention to project planning for the purpose of making sure the income and profit as well as creating more job opportunities.
On the site of Shihualongyue project, Mr. Xu appreciated all the efforts Xinhua Company had made for the parent company. He added that we should understand the real meaning of “efficiency of the real estate development” which means not only the large scale of development, but also signify the increase of Return on Equity, total profit and turnover. We should have certain volume of land reserve to ensure our sustainable development and continuous carrying of social responsibility.
Our group has undertaken many national and provincial key and big projects, and we have done a very good job in the post-disaster reconstruction of not only in Sichuan also in Yushu, what’s more, the living standard of our staffs is increasing.
On the site of Shibohuajun project, group leaders visited the model room and listened to the reports of the project manager. While affirming the achievements of sale, group leaders request the project team do more job on project planning, learn from other developers, exert BUCG quality, to win both profits and social benefit while forging BUCG Brand.（Zhu Li）
