On September 12, at the opening of Longyue Academy BUCG Shihualongyue housing sales office completed. This symbolized another new masterpiece of BUCG. Leaders from BUCG head office, Beijing Urban Construction Investment Development Co., Ltd and Xinghua Company attended the ceremony.
BUCG Chairman Xu Jianyun announced the official opening and BUCG General Manager Chen Daihua made a speech at the ceremony.
Shihualongyue is located in Xiaoying of Qinghe area, which is on Beijing’s new central axis and in line with the Forbidden City, the Birds Nest and the Olympic Forest Park. The land area is 32.4 hectares with a planned construction area of 800000 square meters.
