On September 25th, a ceremony for the foundation stone laying of the Beiyuan Hotel Project, which is one of BUCG’s developer-owned property development projects, and for the official commencement of the Beiyuan Relocation Housing Project was successfully held. BUCG Chairman Xu Jianyun announced the official opening of the Beiyuan Relocation Housing Project as well as the Beiyuan Hotel Project at the ceremony. Leaders from BUCG head office attended the ceremony.
BUCG’s Reconstruction and Expansion Project of Beiyuan Hotel covers a construction area of about 40,000 m2 above ground and 20,000 m2 underground, which aims to upgrade the Beiyuan Hotel to a 4 star business hotel with up to 346 guest rooms. On top of the Chengjian Plaza, the Beiyuan Hotel is another self-invested, self-designed and self- constructed commercial developer-owned property of BUCG. The Relocation Housing Project located in No.5 of Beiyuan Road is composed of four residential buildings and subsidiary commercial facilities, which are constructed on the land owned by BUCG and covers a total construction area of 101.8 thousand square meters, 82.2 thousand of which is above the ground.
