31 March of 2014, Changsha Mei XiHu international culture and art center project, constructed by engineering general contracting department, held a solemn flag-raising ceremony. The owner, supervision and engineering general contractor gathered together wearing work suit, singing the national anthem and raising national flag and BUCG flag.
