To achieve the node aim of 2.2 million cubic meters earthwork and the cap of north structure by the end of the year, Huaifang Recycled Water Factory Project carried out theme labor competition named "Create New Situation of Engineering Construction by 60 Days Hard Working" from 14th November by taking the power of Beijing drainage group "one hundred days battle" activity.

This project has completed 1.6 million cubic meters earthwork, 1235 retaining piles, 313 isolation piles and 2217 meters beam pouring work, which accounting for 98.1% of total work upon to now. Demolition and shift of electric power telecommunication has been completed. （Chai Tingting）
