Local time at 9:30 on December 15,Chinese aid project ,national police academy ,grandly held opening ceremony in Costa Rica. President of Costa Rica, Chinese ambassador to Costa Rica, minister of public security, president of the academy, and manager of BUCG overseas department attended the ceremony.ShiYuGuang ,who is assistant manager of BUCG overseas department as well as project manager, and congressman of Costa Rica, society representatives ,more than 450 people attended the ceremony.
During the ceremony ,the president of Costa Rica made an ebullient speech , spoke highly of friendship between two countries, and emphasized all the department might be concerned support the project.
Manager LiDaoSong ,who made a speech on behalf of BUCG, and he said the successful opening ceremony have marked the project in a new page, BUCG will build the academy according to the stander and quality of Olympic projects, and build a new international classic project.（Qin Yang）
