On October 23^rd, 2015, Mr. Chen Daihua, Chairman of BUCG, in the company of Mr. Li Daosong, President of

 BUCG International, gave a warm welcome to two distinguished guests Mr. Fernando Campos Nunes and

Mr. João Castro, respectively Chairman and Vice President of Grupo Visabeira, a Portugal-based transnational

enterprise mainly involving in telecommunication, construction, real estate development, etc. A Strategic Partnership

Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed in the end of the meeting.

During their talk, Mr. Chen Daihua pointed out that BUCG has been unswervingly adhering to the principle of being

responsible to the Project Owner. BUCG’s outstanding performance has won us a good reputation in the

construction industry both home and abroad. Additionally, he expressed his sincere hope to cooperate with

Visabeira to achieve common development. Mr. Fernando also expressed his expectations to collaborate with

companies like BUCG with great strength.

In the MOU, both parties explicitly demonstrated their cooperation intention in Europe and Africa in fields such as

infrastructure, public works, real estate development and energy, etc. The signing of this MOU not only shows

BUCG’s efforts to seek foreign partners to better compete in the international market, but also marks BUCG’s

resolution to set foot onto the European market. Notably, the incident has been widely reported and captured great

attention in the Portuguese-speaking countries.
