In the middle of the year, the main construction of Huaifang Water Recycling Plant, undertaken by the Civil Engineering General Contract Department, will be accomplished. With two small-size shields (respectively called “Dragon” and “Phoenix”) running across underground, this plant, possessing more than 160 thousand m² operation platform on the ground, will be handed over to Landscaping Group. Now sewage pipeline and reclaimed water pipeline are currently under tense construction, and the power of industrial coordination would render splendid wetland landscape in and around plant.
