On the afternoon of July 28, BUCG’s first culture week assembly convened in the lecture hall of Beijing Conference center. More than one thousand of BUCG people were present and over 300 participated in the celebration performance. During the first culture week, from July 24-31, the headquarters and subsidiaries of BUCG held a variety of activities to transmit the “red gene ”of military culture, to develop the excellence of the “spirit of the craftsman” and to foster the spirit of innovation. All these interpreted the characteristics of the enterprise culture as “not wearing uniform, I am still a soldier” as well as the core value of believing in “innovation, good faith, passion, obligation and appreciation”.

Flame has been passed on. The “veterans” have passed the “red flag” to the younger generation, who will, in the construction of the key projects, such as the new airport, Beijing subsidiary administrative center, the EXPO Park and stadiums of 2022 Winter Olympic Games, also in the national strategy of synergetic development of Beijing, Tianjin and Herbei, of“Belt and Road”construction, and Yangtze River Economic Zone construction, transmit the military culture of “persevering in fighting for the first”, develop the spirit of “devoting themselves to innovation and making creations”. They are striving to build more and more new landmarks, and to forge more spiritual palaces which will be full of cultural confidence
