President Juan Carlos Varela of the Republic of Panama visit China in November 16^th  ,which is the first trip to China since the establishment of diplomatic between China and Panama in June this year. On November 18^th ,BUCG was invited to attend the “China-Panama” entrepreneur forum ,in which attracted more than 400 people including  China and Panama government officials, business leaders, entrepreneurs association representatives.

The deputy manager of the International Department BUCG, Ding Li participated in the talks with the president and the Panama business community. Ding Li said that BUCG has been supported and helped by the government of Panama since it opened up the Panama market in 2016. At present, the pre qualification of "Panama light rail line three" is being prepared, and the bidding work of the project is being prepared. Beijing Urban Construction Group will take the advantages in the design and construction of rail traffic field, provide overall upgrading of city function and whole cycle of industrial chain and comprehensive service, dedicating for the infrastructure construction in Panama and responding to President Xi Jinping's "The Belt and Road" initiative.
