On December 2^nd , vice minister Yu Jianhua of Ministry of Commerce, staff of Foreign Aid Department of the Ministry of Commerce and China Import and Export Bank visited Algeria and organized a forum for Chinese funded enterprise. As one of the nine speaking companies, BUCG reported the development course and current situation of group company in Algeria and the construction and operation of Algeria opera.

On December 3^rd , they inspected the Algeria opera. Vice Minister Yu Jianhua affirmed the achievements of the opera project, pointed out that the renovation project and construction technology level is very high, comparable to China aid Ethiopia Au Conference Center project. He asked BUCG to cooperate with Algeria do the operation and maintenance work.
