From May 11 to 14, invited by Bio, President of the Republic of Sierra Leone, a party led by the special envoy of President of PRC Xi Jinping, Minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology Wang Zhigang went to Freetown, and attended the inaugural ceremony of President Bio held on May 12.
