Recently, BUCG Cambodia Battambang Wastewater Disposal Engineering Project Department offered assistance for local primary school in post-disaster restoration in rainy season, for rainfalls for five to six consecutive months caused severe disaster to a primary school at the construction route section. Large-area water in the school area became a severe threat to life safety of teachers and students, and exerted great impact on their study and life.
After knowing this, the Project Department immediately organized management personnel, bulldozer and road roller to offer help, in which 1000m3 earthworks were made for earthwork filling and compaction, assistance was offered for the local primary school to handle plashes on campus, level the playground on campus in order to bring students a safe and spacious activity space. Meanwhile, the Project Department also purchased stationery, schoolbags, pencils, etc. to visit the teachers and students in the school.
The local government as well as teaching and administrative staff in the school showed gratitude for BUCG to provide huge help, showed support for Battambang wastewater disposal engineering under construction, and welcomed BUCG to actively carry out new business in Battambang.
The Project Department showed gratitude to various government departments to provide necessary help, Children are the future of the motherland. The Project Department will continuously perform the social responsibilities as a Chinese state-run enterprise, and provide help for Cambodia as much as we can.
