Recently, under the guidance of the Changsha Municipal People's Government and the China International Contractors Association, the "Building a High-Quality Overseas Engineering Camp Seminar" was held in Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center, and more than 200 overseas engineering construction units gathered together to jointly discuss the direction and initiatives for the high-quality development of overseas engineering camps with the topic of "Highlighting the Humanistic Care and Enhancing the Image of Chinese Enterprises".

The conference showed the projects rated as the "Outstanding Overseas Engineering Camp in China" in 2018, including the reconstruction and expansion project of the Vilna International Airport in Maldives that was completed by BUCG. Pang Tao, Deputy Manager of the Project Department, attended and spoke as a representative, and from the following six aspects including local conditions and scientific planning, uniform appearance and image building, green construction and energy conservation and environmental protection, people orientation and complete function, respect for culture and harmonious coexistence, improvement of system and strengthening of management, shared the experience in building high-quality overseas camps.

An overseas engineering camp with scientific planning and complete functions is not only the international manifestation of an enterprise's brand and management level, but also a warm home for the project builders. The project department in charge of the reconstruction and expansion project of the Vilna International Airport in Maldives, adhering to the concept of "convenient production, optimized life and green construction", created a comfortable, beautiful and convenient office and living environment for the builders in the extremely limited space of the island national airport control zone, established a good corporate image of BUCG in the Maldives, and provided a successful case for the industry peers to build overseas camps.
