From December 4 to 6, Chen Daihua, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of BUCG, led a delegation to Singapore to visit Liao Wenliang, Chairman of Singapore Changi Airport Group, Zhong Manying, Public Counselor of the Economic and Commercial Counselor's Office of Chinese Embassy in Singapore and the management team of Singapore Public Affairs Bureau, conducted in-depth research to guide and promote the BUCG's business development in Singapore, realizing the exchange and mutual learning of advanced technology and concept, and promoting the further development of BUCG's international business in Southeast Asia. On December 4, at Singapore Changi Airport Group Headquarters, Chen Daihua introduced BUCG's general situation and overall strength to Changi Airport management team, especially its rich experience and performance in airport field. Liao Wenliang, Chairman of Changi Airport Group, introduced the current business development of Changi Airport Group to Chen Daihua and the delegation. The two parties conducted multiple rounds of interaction and exchange of views on their respective businesses, and looked forward to in-depth cooperation in many fields such as airport construction and investment development.

On December 5, at the Economic and Commercial Counselor's Office of Chinese Embassy in Singapore, Chen Daihua introduced BUCG's general situation and its overseas business development to Zhong Manying, the Public Counselor, as well as the merger and reorganization of BUCG and BUCC in November. Zhong Manying highly affirmed BUCG's comprehensive strength, and warmly welcomed BUCG's development in Singapore on behalf of the Economic and Commercial Counselor's Office of Chinese Embassy. Zhong Manying pointed out that Southeast Asia has huge market development potential, and Singapore is one of the most internationalized countries in the world with its urban construction of very high standards and requirements in design, quality, safety, environment, etc. They looked forward to BUCG's development in Singapore, and provided more "Chinese Solutions" in investment, design, construction, assisting "Belt and Road" construction.

On December 6, at Singapore Public Affairs Bureau, Chen Daihua introduced the development of BUCG's six major industries to the management team of Singapore and introduced the implementation of the Group's key projects in water affairs. The management team of Singapore Public Affairs Bureau introduced the future development plan of its water affairs to Chen Daihua and the delegation. Both parties expressed their expectation for in-depth cooperation in water affairs in the future. After the meeting, the management team of Singapore Public Affairs Bureau invited Chen Daihua and the delegation to visit Singapore Water Control Center and introduced its management process and advanced technology.
