BUCG is successfully awarded the Tender for the Main Building Works for the OSK ATRIA commercial Center Project located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. A signing ceremony was held in Plaza OSK, Kuala Lumpur. Li Daosong, the General Manager of BUCG’s Overseas Business Department, took part in the ceremony and signed the construction contract with Atria Damansara Sdn. Bhd., witnessed by Xuan Xingguo, the Commercial Counsellor of Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Malaysia.
The works contracted to BUCG cover a shopping mall, two office towers and relative external infrastructure, with a total investment of RMB 0.45 billion. The total construction area is of about 0.13 million square meters with a construction period of 26 months commenced from October 2012.(Liang Xingbo)
