Recently, a foundation stone laying ceremony for the Hainan Golden Tide Nanyanwan Project & JW Marriott Hotel was successfully held. This Golden Tide Nanyanwan Project will be constructed by Beijing Urban Construction Yatai Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of BUCG. The Project locates in Nanyanwan of the Wanning City in Hainan Province, with verdant hills on the back and facing the sea. With a building area of about 285 thousand square meters, the land use of the Project reaches 672 mu. Making a feature of an ecological leisure and holiday residential area, this Project aims to provide guests with comprehensive services such as golf, mountain adventure, beachside holiday and residency.
