On September 30, 2012, BUCG entered into a commercial contract for building of residential housing for Security Services with Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing of the Government of Ghana, which has finally drawn to a successful end for BUCG Overseas Business Department's marketing activities in 2012.
The total contract price of this project reaches 0.2 billion US Dollars. The scope of works includes the construction of 2672 sets of housing and subsidiary municipal construction works, covering a construction area of about 0.31 million square meters. As an EPC contractor, BUCG will undertake the design, procurement and construction of the project. (Liang Xingbo)
