During the last third of May, BUCG has more than 400 projects under construction. Tens of thousands of builders are simultaneously working at different project sites, as their unique method to greet the 30th anniversary of BUCG’s founding.

Meanwhile, the structure construction of the Happiness & Fourseasons Project is near finished, an affordable housing project developed by Beijing Urban Construction Real Estate Exploitation Co., Ltd. BUCG’s projects have ranked top in inspections concerning quality and other aspects carried out by Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and were well received by the experts.
