On Costa Rica local time May 15, Shi Yuguang, the sub-manager of BUCG international division also the Project manager of Costa Rica Police College Project and the implementation manager Song Dezhou accompanied Mata, Costa Rican Minister of public security, Liu Xiaofeng, counselor of China Embassy in Costa Rica public of information service, Fomen, Deputy minister of public security, etc. to visited the project site of Costa Rica police academy project which constructed by BUCG international division and interpreted the implementation of the project.
