With the support of BUCG International, Beijing Urban Construction North Construction Co., Ltd won the contract of Elite Pavilion Serviced Apartment Project (“Project”) in Malaysia, which was another landmark project in Kuala Lumpur. Located in the CBD of Kuala Lumpur, the Project covers a total construction area of 105,000 ㎡, and the height of which is 220 m. The contract value is 1.12436 billion yuan.
