Recently, the Deputy Finance Minister of Costa Rica and the President of 

national industry union paid a visit to the site of Police Academy Project. The 

President and  Vice President of Costa Rica Police College, and Shi Yuguang, 

the Deputy Party Secretary of BUCG International, have accompanied the visit.
