Beijing urban construction group (BUCG) won the bid of Wanton Shanty Town Transformation Project of Dongcheng District

On May 18th 2016, as the largest Shanty Town Project of Beijing area, Wanton Shanty Town Transformation Project of Dongcheng District held the bid opening in Beijing land transactions market about the preparatory work and transformation of land use rights for one-time tender, and Beijing urban construction group (BUCG) won the bid. Beijing urban construction group will sign the Agreement of Shanty Town Transformation Project with Major Projects Coordination Office of Dongcheng District .According to the bidding documents, BUCG need to register and set up a wholly owned subsidiary in Dongcheng District and is responsible for the development and construction of the project. It is outlined that the work for Pre-project will be finished in 5 years.
