The North Road Works of Anqing Outer Ring Road in Anhui Province acclaimed as “the most beautiful scenic Road” opened to traffic on 28^th September. Anqing municipal government leaders and BUCG President Chen Daihua and leaderships attended the creamery. The 14.93m long road has joined up the old and new city by connecting main roads through 5 viaducts and crossing 7 lakes. This non - profit public warfare municipal works has pioneered the PPP operation mode in China.
