On December 26^th , Beijing new airport rail line started to construct. The north, middle and South started at the same time. This is the first PPP project of rail transit BUCG win. Also it is the first PPP project of rail transit which set investment, construction and operation as a whole in Beijing. officers of Beijing municipal government and Leaders of BUCG attended the meeting.
