Recently, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development announced the List of Leading Enterprises in Intelligent Construction during the "14th Five-Year Plan" Period in Beijing (Second Batch). Among the 8 listed enterprises, BUCG was included, demonstrating BUCG's industry leadership and demonstration role in the field of intelligent construction.
During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, BUCG has attached great importance to gathering data, integrating services, building an independent innovation information platform, promoting the digital transformation of the entire industrial chain, and striving to build a leading enterprise in full-process intelligent construction of industrial integration in terms of deep integration of industry, academia, research, and application, scientific research investment, key project research, key technological breakthroughs, intelligent construction application platforms, intelligent construction equipment, and application scenarios.
In terms of deep integration of industry, academia, research, and application, BUCG has signed strategic cooperation agreements with universities and institutes such as Beijing University of Technology, China Academy of Building Research, Wuhan University, and Shenzhen University, deepening the cooperation between Beijing University of Technology and BUCG Intelligent Construction and Intelligent O&M Technology Innovation Center, strengthening the construction of Beijing Intelligent Construction Innovation Center and Intelligent Construction Industrial Base, and cultivating a group of intelligent construction researchers and technical experts.
In terms of scientific research investment and key project research, in recent years, BUCG has continuously increased its investment in special funds for scientific research projects in the field of intelligent construction, undertaking 8 national-level projects such as the National Key R&D Program under the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, 9 provincial and ministerial-level projects such as the Beijing Science and Technology Program Project, 8 new capital-funded projects under the SASAC of Beijing Municipality, and 4 original technology source construction tasks in the field of system architecture under the SASAC of Beijing Municipality.
In terms of key technological breakthroughs, BUCG has developed key technologies such as urban simulation data base platform, engineering survey digital platform, engineering digital collaborative design platform, large module integrated construction, and cloud transportation automation system, achieving intelligent construction throughout the entire process from intelligent planning, intelligent survey, intelligent design, intelligent construction to intelligent operation and maintenance.
In terms of intelligent construction application platforms, BUCG has independently developed i-BUCG Construction Business Platform, e-BUCG Construction Platform, Smart Construction Site Platform, Urban Rail Transit Carbon Emission Management Platform, and Urban Construction Cloud Platform, and built a multi-level protection system around the entire process of data collection, transmission, and storage. Following the principles of "business-driven, unified planning, and unified standards", it has implemented hierarchical and step-by-step implementation strategies to ensure the autonomy and controllability of the system cluster.
In terms of intelligent construction equipment, BUCG has independently developed dynamic, precise, and rapid inspection equipment, as well as intelligent equipment systems for prefabricated structures, and promoted the application of intelligent equipment such as masonry robots, welding robots, template processing robots, and intelligent decoration robots.
In terms of application scenarios, BUCG has been approved for 9 first-batch intelligent construction pilot projects in Beijing, 5 first-batch smart construction site pilot projects in Beijing, and 24 BIM demonstration projects in Beijing. 3 application scenarios, including the application of parametric and efficient design in urban rail transit projects, the application of BIM digital twin technology in the construction phase of large underground comprehensive transportation hubs, and the application of complete sets of technical equipment for intelligent diagnosis and treatment of subway tunnel structural defects, have been selected as the first batch of innovative application scenarios for intelligent construction in Beijing.
During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, BUCG has laid a solid foundation for the functional architecture, and during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, BUCG will take advantage of the momentum to achieve decisive progress in intelligent construction. Next, in the field of intelligent construction, BUCG will grasp the strategic positioning of the capital city and enhance its ability to serve and guarantee the high-quality development of the capital; improve the system and mechanism of enterprise technological innovation, and accelerate the realization of high-level self-reliance and self-improvement in technological innovation; promote the digital, intelligent, and green transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, and play a leading and exemplary role in the development of intelligent construction in Beijing and even the whole country while promoting the high-quality development of BUCG.
