Recently, BUCG has leveraged its synergistic advantages in the entire industrial chain and strengthened resource coordination. It has successfully won the bid for the Franchise Project of the Jincheng Southeast Transit (Beiyicheng-Daji) Expressway Project and the Construction Lump Sum Contract (Lot ZF-1) Project of the Beijing Suburban Railway Northeast Ring Line Project, which effectively demonstrated BUCG's market competitiveness and recognition in the field of transportation infrastructure construction.

The total investment of the Franchise Project of the Jincheng Southeast Transit (Beiyicheng-Daji) Expressway Project, which was jointly won by BUCG and three construction companies, is about RMB 6.8 billion. The project construction site is located in Zezhou County, Jincheng City, Shanxi Province, with a total length of about 39.6 km. After the project is completed, it will further improve the layout of Jincheng's "two rings and five radials" expressway network, effectively alleviate regional traffic pressure, and promote the integrated development of industries along the line. As BUCG's first powerful attempt and major breakthrough under the new requirements of the franchise mechanism, the winning bid for this project has effectively enriched BUCG's expressway project performance, enhanced BUCG's brand influence in the highway market of China, and provided strong support for further deepening the market in Shanxi Province, enhancing regional cooperation, and optimizing market layout.

The contract value of the Construction Lump Sum Contract (Lot ZF-1) Project of the Beijing Suburban Railway Northeast Ring Line Project is approximately RMB 647 million. The project construction site is located in the Chaoyang District and the Changping District, Beijing. The construction content includes the construction of 5 new station buildings, including Jiuxianqiao Station, Caochangdi Station, Beiyuan Station, Lishuiqiao Station, and Xinlongze Station, the renovation of Chaoyang Station buildings, and the corresponding electromechanical, decoration, ancillary projects, and platform canopies, overpasses, tunnel projects, FAS systems, BAS systems, etc. The successful bid for this project is the first time that BUCG's Civil Engineering Division has entered the Beijing urban railway station building market in recent years. As an important part of Beijing's rail transit network, the Northeast Ring Line of Beijing Suburban Railway will further improve the regional transportation structure, improve commuting efficiency, ease ground traffic pressure, and effectively strengthen the rapid connection between the central urban area and transportation hubs such as Beijing Chaoyang Station after completion.
