From September 10 to 14, the 2025 China International Fair for Trade in Services (abbreviated as CIFTIS) was held in Beijing Shougang Park. This year's CIFTIS focuses on the theme of "Digital and Intelligent Navigation, Revitalizing Trade in Services", attracting 85 countries and international organizations to set up exhibitions and conferences. Nearly 2,000 companies participated offline to showcase the development direction of cutting-edge technology and the application scenarios of professional services. BUCG showcased in the CIFTIS engineering consulting and construction services special exhibition area in Hall 8 of Shougang Park. With the theme of "National Craftsmanship, Smart Housing", it fully demonstrated BUCG's transition from technology-enabled intelligent construction to intelligent and convenient life experience through the guarantee of national craftsmanship quality and intelligent construction, empowering high-quality housing construction, and creating a model room for innovative practice for high-quality housing construction. During the CIFTIS, Li Weidong, chairman of BUCG, attended the founding ceremony of the Beijing Intelligent Construction Development Alliance and opened it together with 12 initiators. He proposed to promote the high-quality development of intelligent construction with the purpose of "convergence, collaboration, co-construction, and sharing". Li Jiulin, Chief Engineer of BUCG, attended the opening ceremony of the CIFTIS and participated in the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Science and Technology Driven Green Smart City High-Quality Development Cooperation Exchange Meeting. He delivered a keynote speech on "Building High-quality Housing with Technological Innovation and Standards of Excellence".
At the CIFTIS, the highlight of the "High-quality Housing" in BUCG's exhibition area attracted the attention of various media and visitors. In the exhibition area of intelligent construction empowering high-quality housing construction, a panoramic view of "visualization of the entire technology chain" showcased 15 technological achievements in the field of intelligent construction. Among them, the Laying the Foundation with Computing Power showcased more than 20 intelligent computing center construction projects covering 16 cities and the self-developed one-stop heterogeneous AI training and reasoning platform "Illusory Entropy Compass Intelligent Computing Platform". The intelligent engine demonstrated the first engineering survey vertical large model in the rail transit industry, "Kunling Rail Transit Engineering Survey Large Model". The digital twin service middle platform can quickly load and render BIM models generated by various software to generate rail transit roaming environments, such as subway stations and tunnel sections, realizing intelligent operation and maintenance of subways.
In the exhibition area of innovative practices and model rooms for high-quality housing construction, BUCG led with standards of safety, comfort, greenness, and intelligence, and demonstrated the technical highlights that support the implementation of the "high-quality housing" standards. The exhibition area uses models, sand tables, and other forms to display the Wangjing Guoyufu Project with integrated technology systems such as "Six-Dimensional Balance", the Qingyuefu Project that creates a domestic & overseas dual-park system, and the Xiyuan Project that interprets the upgrading of human living experience by technology through four major systems. At the same time, it also showcased "high-quality housing" and "high-quality communities" represented by Tiantan Mansion, Guoyu Yanyuan, Xingyue Shiguang, Shanlanfu, Tongzhou Guoyusong, Chenzhizhu, Xiangshanyue, etc., as well as BUCG's excellent property service capabilities.
A 1:1 model room for the "High-quality Housing" Project was built next to the booth. Anqiju Building Technology Co., Ltd., under Beijing Residential Architecture Design Institute Co., Ltd., has tailored four smart home scenarios for residents, delivering a more intelligent and enjoyable living experience by providing integrated services in home decoration design, supply chain, and construction, in terms of modular electromechanical and intelligent control systems, and taking "high-quality housing" as its design concept. The light and thin, intelligent three-dimensional greening system called "Smart Garden Cabin" attracted widespread attention as soon as it was unveiled. The Beijing Landscape and Forestry Group Co., Ltd. has developed a light and thin prefabricated roof greening product with independent intellectual property rights. It uses a solar water supply, power supply, and heating system, combined with completely independent plant breeding and configuration, which can achieve evergreen roofs and facades of buildings all year round.
At this CIFTIS, all units of BUCG's entire industrial chain jointly supported the BUCG exhibition area. By displaying their own highlights in technological innovation, brand products, and high-quality services, they further demonstrated BUCG's professional and collaborative advantages in the process of building "high-quality housing". In addition, relevant units of BUCG also participated in the exhibition as a representative unit of the "Good Construction" section with the theme of "Hub Service·Technology Empowerment". Beijing Residential Architecture Design Institute Co., Ltd. also undertook the curatorial work of the "High-quality Housing-New Life" section of the Beijing Survey and Design Industry Joint Exhibition Area.
