In the first year of the 15th Five-Year Plan, to thoroughly implement the national strategy of building China into an education powerhouse and to support the development of the capital’s “Four Centers,” BUCG has continued to optimize its professional layout and enhance the quality and efficiency of its development in the higher education sector. In the first half of the year, BUCG made a series of strategic moves in its campus product line portfolio, demonstrating its core strengths in the field of educational facility construction and services. This marks BUCG’s establishment of a large-scale, branded cluster advantage in the campus product line market, covering numerous “Double First-Class” universities and specialized institutions.

In the first half of the year, Beijing Urban Construction Design & Development Group Co., Limited was awarded contracts for the conceptual design, preliminary design, and construction drawing design of two schools. BUCG Engineering Construction won a total of 15 contracts for projects at various educational institutions, with a total contract value of approximately 7.23 billion yuan and a total floor area of approximately 1.15 million square meters. The Engineering Department won bids for three university construction projects, with a total contract value of 4.637 billion yuan. The Civil Engineering Department has leveraged its strengths in the science, education, culture, and healthcare sectors, achieving remarkable results through a dual-pronged approach of expanding the higher education market and ensuring project delivery. The Construction Department is focusing on high-quality project delivery, coordinating efforts across multiple parties, and comprehensively advancing the construction of six key university projects currently underway. BUCC has been awarded four educational institution projects, with a total contract value of approximately 2.666 billion yuan and a total floor area of approximately 370,000 square meters. Beijing Capital Jiaye Property Services Co., Ltd. has successfully entered the markets of institutions such as the National Academy of Chinese Theatre Arts, Peking University Huaimi Medical Center, and Beijing University of Agriculture.
