In the first year of the 15th Five-Year Plan, all units within BUCG have rallied their efforts, stepped up their efforts, and gone all out to expand their market presence. Recently, BUCG’s Civil Engineering Department, Construction Department, Beijing Uni.-Construction Group Co., Ltd., and No. 16 Company have successively won bids, with a cumulative contract value of RMB 3.14 billion.

BUCG’s Civil Engineering Department and Beijing Uni.-Construction Group Co., Ltd. each won a contract for the National Highway 234 Project, with a cumulative contract value of RMB 1.071 billion. The contract for Package 9, awarded to BUCG’s Civil Engineering Department, is valued at approximately RMB 632 million, while the contract for Package 2, awarded to Beijing Uni.-Construction Group Co., Ltd., is valued at RMB 439 million. Upon completion, the National Highway 234 Project will improve the road network in the northern Beijing region, enhance traffic capacity in mountainous areas, increase the disaster resilience of life channels in the northern mountains, and drive regional economic development.

In addition, BUCG’s Civil Engineering Department was awarded the contract for the Niujie Civic Cultural and Leisure Center and Public Service Facilities Project, with a contract value of approximately RMB 249 million; BUCG’s Construction Department was awarded the contracts for the expansion project of Beijing Ditan Hospital.Capital Medical University and the ward renovation project at the Wangjiang Road Campus of Anhui Provincial Children’s Hospital, with contract values of RMB 859 million and RMB 201 million, respectively; No. 16 Company was awarded the contract for the Class II residential and childcare land project in Beijing’s Urban Sub-center, with a contract value of RMB 760 million.
